Pricing and payment
The final setup and price are confirmed after consultation and your provided information (e.g., photos). Payment method and any deposit/prepayment will be specified when booking.
Aftercare and wear
- Wear time depends on your starting point, chosen method and aftercare.
- We provide care instructions. If instructions are not followed, durability may be affected.
- At-home coloring, heat styling and external factors can change the result and longevity.
Health and safety
- Inform us about allergies, sensitive scalp or previous issues with hair extensions.
- We may advise against the service if we assess your hair cannot tolerate the load at the time.
Photos and marketing
We do not publish identifiable photos of you without your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future publication.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by insufficient aftercare, at-home treatments or external factors.
