A policy to protect reserved time, reduce missed appointments and keep scheduling fair for everyone.

Cancellation/rescheduling

  • Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations later than 24 hours may incur a fee.
  • Missed appointments may be charged to cover reserved time.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the service may need to be shortened to respect the next booking. In some cases we may need to reschedule.

Deposit (if applicable)

If a deposit is used for a specific service, we will inform you of the conditions and refund rules at the time of booking.
